Is the equipment new?
All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition. It is very important for us the quality and cleanliness of every item you rent from us. Before delivery we inspect, clean and sanitize all the requipment.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes! there is a one-time delivery charge which includes delivery and pick-up. The standard delivery fee for Juan Santamaria Airport and the Great Metropolitan Area is $35.
My trip was canceled. Can I cancel my equipment reservation?
We do understand that emergencies happen and plans can change, we will work with you to the best of our ability.
Do you set up the equpiment?
We will set up any requested equipment or if you prefer provide the instructions. Car seats are the only item we do not set up ourselves for liability reasons but we will provide the instructions or manual.
Is the equipment sanitized?
Yes, before and after each rental, all items are thoughroughly sanitized using steam and/or products that are organic, safe, non-toxic and parent approved.
What about damages / lost or stolen products?
The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter. Please contact us inmediately in case you think the equipment got damaged or you have equipment stolen.
Where can you deliver?
We can delivery the baby gear to any location within the San Jose/Great metropolitan Area (Urban area composed by San Jose, Cartago, Alajuela and Heredia provinces) including Juan Santamaria Airport.
